  In 2021, Yueteng Machinery set up Anhui Jiehua Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., which has a casting workshop of 12,000m², a precision machining and painting workshop of 6,000m². Anhui Jiehua has passed ISO9001 and there are 160 staff.

  There are two resin sand casting production line and a sand-coated iron mold automatic production line in the casting workshop.The core products are ductile cast iron including QT350-22LT/QT400-18LT/QT400-18/QT450-10/QT450-15/QT500-7/QT600-3/QT700-2, and gray cast iron including HT200/HT250/HT300/HT350.The weight of the single product is between 50KG to 5000KG and the annual capacity is 15,000 tons.

  There are 8 sets of horizontal machining center of Japanese Mazak, Mori Seiki, around 20 sets of vertical machining center of Doosan and three-coordinates measuring machine testing center.
